Särnmark currently has over 3,500 employees, with customers and staff located throughout Sweden. The headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of the country.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a client living on Tjörn.

About the role of Personal Assistant

We are looking for you who want to work with our wonderful client on Tjörn. As an assistant, you will be present for most of the morning and evening, as well as every other weekend. You will assist with all daily care tasks and support the client during various activities. You are a reliable presence by the client's side, and most importantly, you are calm and attentive. You enjoy coming up with ideas and are quick to take initiative.

Previous experience as an assistant is not required, as we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability. However, prior experience is considered an advantage.

Your working hours will vary between weekdays and every other weekend. The schedule may be adjusted slightly depending on the client's needs.

We are looking for two people for these positions, which are approximately 50–75% each, with the possibility of working more.

The employment is for a fixed term, lasting as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly pay. Working hours vary according to the client's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays, and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment are in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna – Kommunal.
